I worked at Sodexo in the past and re-applied for an EVS Manager position, this was a lower position than what I had before. The application process and recruiter experience was great as usual and even my one on one interview appeared to be great. Having interviewed over 500 people in my previous experience provided me the ability to effectively answer all the questions confidently and with ease. I was very surprised I wasn't offered the position given that I had great reviews and ample experience. My only thought is perhaps the District Manager now VP that I worked with before doesn't want to hire me back for reasons unknown to me. I have applied and interviewed for many other positions in the VP's area and it's the same story, excellent credentials, great interviews and Director's eager to hire me but that's where it stops.
