The interview by executive recruiter who seemed very professional and helpful during first phase of the hiring process was very good. However, the hiring manager was clueless and did not seem familiar with the job description nor did he seem to understand the role of this position, as described, within the company. It was the actions and non-actions of the hiring manager that gave an overall negative opinion of the interview process.

The interview process was standard and asked the ordinary questions. The process started with one interview to get a feel if you were fit for the job and a second interview identifying a fit for your position

Ne rappelle pas après un entretien malgré de nombreuses relances et cela après un entretien de plus de 1h30. Cela laisse une impression de ne pas avoir été ecouté. Des réserves sur le processus en lui meme
