Recruiter skills assessment, hiring manager/district manager behavioral based interview, and client interview (depending on size it could be a panel of interviewers). Overall process can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to a month between background checks, interviews, and offer.

Interview was very straight forward meeting with a hiring manager then a final presentation with the current GM, The phone screening was part of the process but more of a background check than anything else.

A talent recruiter reaches out initially to complete an interview. Most often, there is no further communication. You have to check your application status in order to find out you were no longer being considered
