After spending 4 weeks in the interview process and performing pretty well in every interview, got ghosted without any update or feedback. Last round was supposed to be behavioral but they asked me ML case studies which was very unexpected. Time and energy spent on this firm is useless.

Assessment Round You will be given a dataset to analyze. Since the company focuses on fraud detection, the dataset will be similar to real-world fraud-related data. You are expected to explain your approach, why your analysis matters, and build a model. You will also need to justify your choice of metrics and present your findings to a panel consisting of the Hiring Manager, VP, and Senior Data Lead.
