SocialClimb used a recruiting firm to help them in their search. I did a brief screening interview with their recruiter. The interview was about a half hour, and mostly went into detail on my resume to clarify qualifications I had listed. They also were interested to learn what my expectations were regarding salary. interview didn't include any STAR-story-type questions or spend time digging into my past experience at length.

As stated above, they just asked clarifying questions about my resume and salary expectations. They dug in a little deeper on what platforms I had experience using and for how long. They also wanted to some detail about what my day-to-day responsibilities were at my current job.
