Phone interview, group interview. Met DM at a job fair at my college. There was a hiring freeze at the time. Waited months to here back. But DM would always call to make sure I was still interested.

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.

Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.
