You will have to face a panel of five hiring agents. My interview started at 2:30 and did not end until 4:30. I would advise you to have some customer service experience. They asked a lot of questions and took lots of notes. Make sure you dress professional, are on time, and you provide them with all the requested documents before the interview.

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.

Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
