Entrevista
The phone screen gave an first peek of the company culture.
I could sense it was a lot about the human aspect of job and future relationship.
We talked about:
- My goals, aspirations and professional journey
- Information about the company and the position
- Open discussion and next steps
The whole process was both about exploring if there is a good fit and making sure I could do the job:
1/ Phone screen intervew
2/ Face to face meeting with the Manager and HR
3/ Written test by e-mail + a debrief call
4/ In-person presentation with the Manager, HR and the CEO
I especially appreciated the open discussions at each stage and the final open conversation with the CEO about the company, the vision, the future... Which is quite rare.
