I have never dealt with a more ridiculous and unprofessional interview process for an office position in my life. I had to take three different assessments, meet in person where they just filled in information in the computer and didn't really talk to me, they asked me to bring in a hard copy of my resume and references even though I applied online, then asked me to email them my resume and references again, then they had me do an "in person test" to make sure I could answer emails and use Google calendar, and then they said they'd get back to me by the end of the week and never did. It was completely ridiculous and every time I met with them they forgot what was on my resume (they asked who I worked for multiple times) and I often received phone calls or emails very late at night.
