I was contacted via email for an initial phone screen. They asked me what times I was available to be reached at. I was not scheduled for a phone call, but called early in the morning within the week. The interview started out rocky, (I was unfamiliar with SoFi and had not prepared, as no time was specified yet). However, the interview smoothed out and I was able to express my interest and skills offered clearly. At the end of the interview, I was told that the interviewer was interested in moving my application forward, and another interview was scheduled via gmail.
Following that phone call, I was contacted again, 10 minutes later via phone, from the same woman. She told me that we need to cancel the second interview because they need to phone in all other desired applicants first, and that they would let me know by end of week if we were moving forward.
Approximately 1 month later I get an email saying they have moved forward with other candidates.
