I was offered an interview because I knew one of the employees. It was a very casual and relaxed interview. There was no question/answer format but rather just a conversation. I felt I was given the chance to completely be myself. The interview included questions like "What do you feel you are really good at?" "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" "How do you think you will thrive here?" etc.
