One in person, a number by video. Positive: Talented team and open about sharing challenges and asking how you can contribute with examples. Encourage an open dialogue and gave you proper time to have a 2 way conversation. Negative (for me anyway): despite positive feedback all round, and commitment to move to the next stage, was then ghosted with no feedback. Which is a shame. Saw the same role re-advertised later, which didn't bode well.
