Interviewed for: Service Delivery Manager (London)
Process included six stages over 4 months, including an in-person visit to the London office. The conversations with the team were professional and technically strong, and everyone I met was personable and knowledgeable.
However, late in the process I was informed the role had been withdrawn, and shortly afterwards the same position was re-advertised. I appreciate that hiring priorities and budgets can change, but at this level of seniority the time commitment for candidates is significant. Earlier transparency around headcount certainty would have helped manage expectations.
Overall: positive people, but the recruitment process felt chaotic, lacked empathy and could benefit from tighter planning and clearer communication. The response from Snowflake has been dismissive which gives an indication of their internal culture.

Very friendly team, casual approach with more of a conversation based on the first two/three conversations; next steps was supposed to be project presentation and panel interview; following with final head of UK conversation

Focus was more on then explaining what the role is, stated that is it not a project management role; after which they have provided me with feedback that I don’t have enough direct PM experience (15 years :) and I run programmes now)
