The actual interviews were very straight forward and less intensive than other tech companies. The interview process was very long winded, it consisted of 6x 30-45 minute interviews spread over 3 months. Looking back it seemed to be more of a time wasting exercise then anything. These interviews could have been done in the space of a week. Weird vibe would not apply again. No feedback given on the interviews after even after asking. Poor candidate experience overall.
