Long convoluted series of meetings, skill tests, personality, and IQ tests. It took several weeks. One of the interviewers apparently forgot we were meeting and didn't show up to the call until I pinged him 20 minutes later. He finally shows up, is cocky as hell, and is unapologetic about being late. We end up having the strangest, most convoluted conversation I ever had in an interview. He tells me that my IQ is too high to work there because "smart people" are awkward and difficult to manage. I called my recruiter told him to pull my name immediately thereafter.

interview rounds with a business meeting simulation based on a business case. Business case was submitted to NDA. In real life, the business case would have been a "wasting time customer". I wouldn't have waste a single minute for that. Interviewer didn't prepare anything and didn't know anything from the core business of their supposed company.
