First interview was over the phone with an HR representative, then I was supposed to meet with the manager I would report to, but wasn't available so I met with another manager within the department and did a google hangouts interview. Questions were simple, asking about experience, why you wanted to work there, what excited you most about the role, etc. Overall, everyone was friendly, but I just got a weird vibe when I spoke with the manager and it felt really off. Then, I read reviews about how they treat a lot of their customer experience employees and was appalled with what I learned. Multiple sources shared horror stories of no respect for their employees unless they were on the "in crowd" and I decided that type of environment was not for me.
