Received an email after 5 weeks. Had a phone interview. Then took an estimating test. The powerpoint was based off a different estimating software so it made a simple thing more complicated. I passed the test, did THREE Skype interviews each taking about 30 minutes. Once they contacted me, things went very fast. They wanted me to take a class the following week which I said I'd like to give some type of notice with my job. I didn't hear anything for a week after the last interview until I reached out to them since I received a job offer elsewhere. I received a super generic thanks but no thanks reply just minutes later. I don't understand spending so much time interviewing someone that many times to pass on them.
