I would not recommend going through this hiring process, especially if you're short on time or don’t have over 10 years of experience in both frontend, backend, and GenAI. Personally, the process took a month and a half. I was told I would be compensated for the final project, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the payment—they keep mentioning issues with their payment card. Although the process is supposedly AI-focused, based on the questions I asked throughout this month and a half, it became clear that some of the engineering interviewers didn’t have deep knowledge in this area and often struggled to understand the questions being asked. On the positive side, the team was kind throughout the process, and I did learn a few things along the way. However, overall, it felt like the process was more about their needs than a respectful or balanced experience for the candidate.
