Good interviews. I spent 3-5 hours prepping and giving the interview, but recruiter and hiring manager ghosted me after that, not even letting me know the feedback. While I do understand sometimes there would be mismatches in the skill set expected, it is minimum courtesy to let the person know about the results without ghosting. Not expected from the company like Snap.

Great interview experience! The hiring team was communicative and quick to schedule interviews / answer any questions I had. Overall interview process took about a month (spoke with 6 different people 1:1).

Fairly typical and straightforward, though the advice from recruiter on what to prepare didn’t really match up to what I was asked. They also don’t offer individual feedback due to “company policy” which I think is a little bit lazy and rude.

Just a call from recruiter and 2nd interviewer never dialed in on time and then started sending texts to jump on call after interview time was over. Very ineffective and unstructured process. recruiter did not even get back to me post multiple follow ups
