Unpredictable and disjointed recruitment process .I had a very inconsistent experience with the hiring process here. After an initial interview was set for mid-December, the recruiter never showed up and provided no follow-up. Three months later, I was contacted out of nowhere to schedule an interview for April. The lack of communication and the unpredictable timeline made it impossible to stay prepared or engaged. I only completed the interview because it was already scheduled, but the lengthy, disorganized process was a significant deterrent.
