Interviewee seemed to be "checking a box" - not engaged, shared little about the org or role expectations, left the conversation with less excited about the opportunity. Would appreciate more enthusiasm and like to learn more about the org in the future.

Long, but thorough. They spend a lot of time getting to know you. The process from hiring to getting out in the field is over 3 months though. I’m not sure if it’s changed, but it’s a lot of video interviewing. Once you make it to interviewing the VP, you’ve pretty much made it.
