First interview was over the phone with an HR representative in Florida. Second interview was over the phone with the regional manager. Third interview was 1:1 with the regional manager at the airport in Newark. The regional manager was very organized and direct in questioning and detailed before the interview how the process was going to proceed both over the phone and in person. I felt that this was very respectful to the interviewee.

First round interview was a 4-question HireVue recorded interview. Second round was a video interview with the hiring Clinical Business Manager; a more relaxed conversation vs an interview. Third round was with another Clinical Business Manager.
