Referred by a recruiter, started with HR. Typical questions. I was fresh out of school, asked me if I had marketing experience. I responded negatively, she immediately wrote it down. Had not taken any notes until then. Also had interviews with future colleagues, and the boss. Later the recruiter told me that the HR had turned me down, but the boss overruled. I got an offer.

Le processus de recrutement se déroule en trois étapes : d'abord un entretien différé (écrit et vidéo), suivi d’un entretien en personne d’environ 30 minutes, puis d’un business case à préparer et à présenter lors de l’entretien final. Le processus est assez exigeant, mais les échanges ont toujours été constructifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et professionnelle.

half a day talking to a mix of managers and colleagues ... the disappointing thing was that I got no follow-up at all afterwards, even after I wrote the most senior manager I met with a hard-copy letter

Very smooth process, standard questions and then you have an oppty to ask your questions. It was more of a conversation rather than a typical here is 40 questions; It was a very enjoyable process.
