Received call to set-up face to face interview 2-4 weeks after filling out application from their website. Typical interview where the hiring manager asks about your experience, qualifications, etc. If under consideration will then have OJE (on-job experience) to see basic day-to-day operation and what to expect from a workday. Speak with director of operations for a final interview.

The interview process is a little long, but the have to make sure they are finding the perfect fit. i also got to go behind the scenes and watch how operations are ran to make sure that i would be happy working for the company.

Entrevista
It consisted of calculated questions to determine my competence and ability to be a positive part of the smash burger team. I was interviewed by the current general manager and also the district manager that was over the store I was applying for.
