Entrevista
The interview process was very quick and professional. I spoke with an HR recruiter about the position and expectations. I then had a phone conversation with the Director of Sales Development. He conducted a mock role play which tested your comfort level and was a great way to break the ice. It only took a day before they reached out to set up an interview for the following week. I met with a couple different managers and SDR reps. Everyone was very polite and brought their own unique personality. They ultimately wanted someone who wanted to be challenged and was ready to grow with the company and be apart of the team. It only took another couple days for them to get back to me with an offer, which I accepted.

Entrevista
Outside recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Conversation with him followed by conversation with Smartsheet recruiter and inside sales manager. Asked to come in late December for onsite interview, but I needed to reschedule due to something coming up with current employer. Tried to reschedule and was subsequently ignored. Totally unprofessional process, they are clearly just looking to fill seats.
