An employee reached out to me via LinkedIn interested in my background and wanted to meet to discuss the job further. We got an initial phone screen scheduled quickly. The initial call was pretty standard - I shared more about my background, answered a few questions, and was able to ask questions. The interviewer was very friendly, personable, and transparent. I did not move forward in the process due to the hybrid schedule not aligning with what I'm looking for.
