I was called for a non-technical phone interview. Usually this means the recruiter has a check box to see if the candidate qualifies for this position. However most of the questions were geared toward what have have been doing meaning what side projects have I been working on. So if you don't have any side projects, then you may not get picked. My impression is that they want people who are active!
