Standard recruiter screening followed by an at home SQL assessment. I then went through a second round interview that went well enough. Weeks went by after that before receiving a canned rejection email. Obviously you can't expect to get an offer for every role you interview for, but it irked me to be ghosted after 2 rounds and an assessment and then not even a remotely personalized rejection.
