Overall great interview experience. The interview was both personal and professional, and you could sense that the team had a great synergy. They had thoroughly read my cover letter, including the details that I do not drink caffeinated coffee, and came prepared with thoughtful questions and a decaf latte from the moment I walked in the door. The little things that make you want to work for a place. While the interview was long (a little over two hours) it was considerate of many factors to the position, the many questions I had for them, and even allotted time for decompression afterward.
