very unprofessional group interview that didn't adequately prepare the employee for the poor business culture that SSDI portrays managers a are not clear on their roles and as a result are not clear on how to lead the rest of the staff. There is favoritism and not all the employees are treated the same so expectations are higher than others just an overall poor environment

Disorganized group interview. Main director was on the phone and impossible to understand. Process takes forever. Group interview was unexpected. They were running really late and the interview took forever too. I expected to be there 30 minutes and was there over an hour.
