The interview process with Slalom was amazing! Every interview felt like a conversation instead of a quiz, and I felt like I could truly be my authentic self. They were genuinely curious about getting to know me as a person beyond just my experience and skills, and likewise I wanted to know that Slalom is the right culture fit for me. The recruiter I worked with was responsive and kind. Overall the best interview experience of my 7-year career so far.

Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
