Started with unsolicited e-mail by Slalom HR recruiter directly (not headhunter), then video internet calls: (1) with HR, (2) with management, (3) with engineers, (4) with HR for feedback (no show by Slalom), I noticed some others on glassdoor mentioned similar no-shows. Employees I talked with were all very nice people. They keep mentioning workplace work-life balance rating is high. Stressing this point at every stage of the interview is ... maybe too much? Stressing diversity programs during interviews may be pre-mature. The role itself and what the company has to offer (salary & benefits) is more important for most people.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
