I had an awesome candidate experience at Slalom! I applied online and was contacted for a phone screen, then I was set up with phone interview with the Operations team leader. The final round was an interview with a few different people to make sure I’d be a good fit for the role and the office. You could really tell Slalom cares about making sure they aren’t just filling a seat! The team really takes time to make sure who they hire is the right fit for the team and the role.
