I met a senior Slalom employee at an event, who then forwarded my information along to the technical recruiter. I had a meeting with the recruiter in-person, then a lunch meeting with a technical team leader, then a technical interview on-site. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable, and I had a really enjoyable time getting to know the Slalom employees. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had.
