Slalom definitely takes their time to make sure you are a good fit for not only the role, but the company and culture as a whole. My interview process was a little over a month long. I was interested in the Operations Coordinator role and they were a little hesitant about my experience being too advanced and myself getting bored in the role. I think they realized quickly into the process that I was very interested in the company and my values aligned well as a company fit. They eventually reached back out to me regarding a role they weren't even hiring for and told me they thought that would be a better fit. It was a unique interview experience but goes to show that they really do care about the people they hire here, and what roles they put them in. They could have easily hired me for the coordinator role to give me a foot in the door, but they valued my experience more than that. The recruiting team is truly great at what they do here!

The first interview was with a talent specialist, the next was with my now coworker, the third was with my now boss, and the fourth was with my boss's boss.
