The interview process consisted of several 1:1 coffee meetings with the Talent Acquisition team and a couple of 1:1 meetings in the office with leaders in the industry, both client aligned and people leaders. A happy hour was also held to enable potential candidates to meet the team members in an informal setting.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
