I had four interviews each was well structured and was a great discussion of my previous experiences and current projects where they were looking to align me. I met with the recruiter, a manager in the practice area, and then with two individuals that I may work with directly. I really appreciated meeting with employees at my level who can share specific work experiences and what it would be like if I accepted a position. The recruiter clearly communicated the company's feedback and was fairly transparent despite having delays in the process.
