The hiring and interview process at Slalom was great. It consisted of an initial screening conversation with talent acquisition, and one-on-ones with practice leadership and management. It was always a conversation which made the entire process very organic. Every "round" of conversations gave both Slalom and myself an opportunity to really assess cultural fit/match. Leadership is committed to ensuring that potential talent is a fit so they take time out of their busy calendar to meet candidates. There are no case studies or other related high-stress interview types but every conversation involved behavioral-type questions in some capacity and the one-on-ones may require a visit (or a couple) to the office. Slalom values authenticity (among many other great values) so it is in both parties' interest that you are yourself during the process. Just be yourself and you'll thank yourself for it later!
