I applied with a resume through the Slalom site, and in a few days time I received an email from a recruiter and set up a time to meet. This first meeting was about 30-40 minutes at a coffee shop where I learned more about the role and about Slalom, and gave a little of my background. After this first meeting, I had two separate 1-hour in-person interviews with Consulting Managers. The final interview was about 3 hours and consisted of another brief general interview by a manager, and then a case interview where I had some time to review the details of a case, ask questions, prepare a presentation, and present to a panel who was representing the "client". The TA analyst / recruiter made the process smooth and clear, and helped me navigate a timeline with another company that gave me a competing offer. She was quick to respond and readily answered any questions I had.
