The interview process at Slalom, made the decision to join Slalom an easy one! Throughout the process, the interviewers were able to clearly illustrate the culture at Slalom. It was very clear that although I was the one interviewing for the job, the interviewers wanted to make sure that Slalom was also the right fit for me. The interview process spanned a couple months and included phone screening, one-on-one interviews and finally a day of 4 straight interviews. The Talent Manager I worked with throughout the process was very friendly and quick to follow-up with responses to my questions. By the end of the interview process, I was certain that Slalom was the right company for me. I could not have been more impressed with their interview process!

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
