At first there was a screening with a recruiter. They asked of my experience, desires, availability for relocation, gave me an idea about the technology stack used in Skype. Then I had 3 skype screenings and 1 practical task (I needed to create 3 applications for different purposes). The tasks were not trivial and very interesting. I've completed practical task in 3 days. Overall interview took me 2 months.
