I was formally hired by Skyeng in early 2023: I passed all interviews, submitted all documents, completed my schedule, and was told on a video call that I had been accepted. The very next day they emailed asking me to “wait” due to lack of students — and then completely vanished. No follow-up, no explanation, no response to my inquiries. Months later other recruiters contacted me as if nothing had happened. This is not a simple communication failure — it’s a blatant lack of internal processes and respect for candidates. They wasted my time and left me in limbo. I cannot recommend applying here unless you accept the risk of being hired and then forgotten. To summarize: they don't communicate with their own employees, they have false hiring process which is actually a real scam.

At first you have an interview with discussing your background, skills, motivation, etc. Also an HR checks your ENG level and if there are any certifications which can prove it. Further step is to conduct a lesson (option to check how you work with the program)
