Before the video interview there were some questions on scaleabilty on different employabilty aspects, it also gave scenarios on a normal work day, where you had to select an answer based on the statments they gave.

The first round is the usual online assessment. This is followed by a video interview. The last round is a final-day assessment. The final-day has a situational but not exactly situational subjective interview and the rest of the day is a group coding task

Did the first online assesment, recieved an email that I moved to do the recorded answers interview, but I didn't pass after that, I recieved an email informing me about the decline.

What is a challenge i have had and how did I resolve it
It was alright, the interviewers are kind people and it went pretty smoothly so no complaints there. I did not get the offer in the end but the process wasn't a pain, so I can not complain.
