Had an interview with the HR. It was a pleasant interview. Questioned were asked about our qualities and abilities or job experience. Based on that, they will ask further questions to answer their doubts.

What is your ambition as an early childhood educator?
None. Introduction was done via call, including explanation of staff benefits and whatnot. Signing contract was also done virtually, very quick. HR didn’t explain or go through the contract with me. Since everything was through the phone, I was indeed not very focused and missed out on a lot of information. Learnt more after talking to my colleagues

Entrevista
The principal and supervisors were objective in addressing the roles, duties and responsibilities as a preschool teacher in the centre. Despite being in a formal conversation, they gave a friendly presence and were able to provide explanations to my queries which I greatly appreciate.
