Had a quick call with the recruiter who checked my interest, salary expectations and reasons for looking for a new job. I liked that she gave an overview of the whole interview process so I knew what to expect. The next stage was a zoom interview with the same recruiter. At this point I could feel my experience didn't totally align with what they were looking for, but she also wasn't asking me the right questions. I felt I didn't have the chance to apply my experience to actual scenarios, which was frustrating. I got the expected rejection a week later. Overall, it was ok but I wish I had a chance to answer technical questions.
