Get just to 1 round, screening interview with HR. After the application, get in a week or two an email with the request to select from the free slots, the earliest was in a week. Selected 9 am on Tuesday, the format was in video call.
9 am. Nobody. Just at 9:08 the recruiter appeared with no excuses. No intros, except name herself. Straitforward as it even possible, dry questions,quite rude tone of voice and clearly dissatisfied and bored facial expression all the time. Stressed the question about the motivation, for some reason I should answer something completely extraordinary or idk. Everything was finished in 15 minutes including my questions (but booked for 30).
It was clear 'no' and I received rejection automated email in a week. The whole interview was like she had to take it and did not want to appear from the start. I did not have such experience even near before.
