Entrevista
I was contacted by phone to come into an office for a 30 minute interview with a PM.
When i showed up I was blindsided by there being 3 interviewers. Instead of the casual "get to know you" interview I was told to expect, I was immediately thrown into technical questions.
None of the questions were particularly difficult and nothing you wouldn't expect out of an engineering position for a web company.

None of the technical questions would be considered difficult by anyone applying for a similar position.
Describe a difficult programming problem you've run into and how you went about solving it.
I applied and got a call from HR, they asked me about my salary requirements, they fell 30k under the marketplace value.
This is not a buisness thst you consider if you want to have a decent life.

It was through a recruiter that got me a face to face interview immediately. It was I think a 1-hour interview and mostly were typical Java questions. A bit of some white board coding but nothing really complicated. Had an impromptu brain teaser questions (12 steel ball and 5 gallons question) but I don't think they were standard for their process. This was back 2013 though and would have probably changed a lot.
