First a phone interview with general questions on experience, background and personal situation. Then got a link to record myself answering some questions, this had to be done through an app which you download. After about a week I got invited to a face to face interview on site, this time with HR manager and the hiring manager. A promise is made that I will be hearing back within a week or less.
So far three weeks in total have passed by, there have been E-Mails exchanged, phone conversations, videos recorded, face to face interview... and I chase for feedback and advise on the next stage because yes, there will be yet another stage! A video conference/call this time. Basically they test you on every possible communication channel and environment you can imagine, leading to duplicity of questions and of course an unusually long process.
In any case before that last stage I receive an E-Mail saying my english speaking skills are not strong enough. No reply to my request to know what the expected level is.
Overall, a deceiving experience because of the efforts invested, time wasted and poor feedback received. If the problem is the speaking skills, I think that is something noticeable from the first phone conversation.
