The interview process was fairly straightforward: a video interview (you get prompted questions from the computer and get a few minutes to answer). Someone from HR reviews the video and if you make it to the next round, you interview with employees/team members. I wound up doing a 1.5-2 hr interview with a total of four team members and it was a really relaxed experience. I really felt like the team was interested in learning about me as a holistic person, not just skills that I can contribute as an intern.
