Machine Coding Round (60 minutes): This was a straightforward React/JavaScript task where I was asked to implement a basic form. The form included validation for user input, redirecting to a new URL upon successful submission, and displaying error messages in case of failure. Technical Discussion with the Team (60 minutes): This round involved discussing an approach to schedule a client request to a server. I shared my thoughts, discussed possible solutions, and wrote pseudocode to outline the implementation. Experience: The interviewers were friendly, supportive, and offered guidance if I veered off track, making it a collaborative conversation. They encouraged open discussion, which added to the positive experience. Outcome: I successfully completed both technical tasks ahead of time, which allowed us a few extra minutes to discuss the company, its goals, and the challenges they’re currently addressing. Verdict I got a rejection mail saying they are looking for more experienced candidate
